busy bumblebee

I'm not calling this the bumblebee dress, but those words describe the busy-ness that's going on.... and this yellow dress, more aptly named for me, the goldfinch dress is included:
I had a strong urge to make a sweet little dress with lots of expensive frabric for my upcoming show reception and the following evening's formal at Taliesin. A sewing blitz and some luck, not a bad afternoon and evening spent at home.
